The deadline of presentation-applications has been extended to Jan 20, 2024.

We will not accept any applications after this date.

Registration Process

​

• Step 1: Start by clicking the "Register" button. On the registration page, select the number of attendees. You'll then be taken to a page where you'll provide your name, institutional affiliation, and email address.

• Step 2: After entering your registration details, please ensure to complete the payment for the conference fee before the countdown timer (located at the top-right) expires. If the payment is not finalized within this timeframe, your registration will be considered invalid. After making the payment, kindly check your email to ensure you've received your admission pass.

• Step 3: Please proceed to the "Abstract" page to download the abstract template and submit your completed abstract. During this process, you'll be prompted to provide the "Ticket number" found on the upper-right corner of your admission pass. Ensure you use the "Ticket number" and not the "Order number"
