The deadline for presentation applications is Dec 31, 2023. We will not accept any applications after this date.
Each attendee must register and pay the conference fee individually. If there are multiple attendees from the same institution or group, please complete the registration process for each participant separately.
Steps for conference registration:

For the ticket type that best represents your status (e.g., “Student” or “General”), click the “+” symbol next to “Quantity” to set the number to "1".
On the redirected page, provide all the necessary details directly in the “1. Add your details” section.
Proceed to “2. Event Policies”. Here, ensure you carefully read and understand the payment and refund instructions. Upon understanding and agreeing to the event policies, choose your preferred payment method and proceed.
Once the payment is successful, your admission pass will be sent to your email in PDF format.

Should you encounter any issues during payment, please halt the process and contact us immediately. Be aware that a transaction fee charged by the payment platform upon successful payment cannot be refunded.

This registration option is exclusively for staff members working at the conference. Any registrations made here by non-staff members will be considered invalid. Please utilize the appropriate registration channels if you are not a staff member.
